SimplySold Real Estate was started with one office and a handful of sales associates in September 2003 by Scott Dasher, Ken Gavranovic and Craig McClelland. In just a few years, SimplySold has grown into one of the nation's fastest growing full service real estate companies. SimplySold began offering real estate franchises at the end of the second quarter 2006.
Under the leadership of Scott T. Dasher, who is the CEO of SimplySold, the company has experienced exponential growth. Mr. Dasher has received many awards for his real estate production including Agent of the year from 2000 through 2003, and the Realtor® Active Life Million Dollar Club. Mr. Dasher is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and Alabama. Mr. Dasher is well know for his industry insights and is widely quoted in business and trade publications such as Realtor® Magazine. Dasher is considered a visionary thought leader by employees and sales associates alike, especially in the area of real estate systems and technology.
Mr. Craig T. McClelland is the SimplySold Vice President and President of Sales and Training. McClelland is credited for the development of the agent training and coaching programs at SimplySold. As a veteran in real estate and corporate sales McClelland completes the executive level at SimplySold.
Mr. Kenneth L Gavranovic is the Chairman of the Board. Gavranovic served as the Chief Technology Officer and Chairman of Corporation of Interland from 2001 to 2002. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Interland, a position he held from 1997 to 2001. Mr. Gavranovic is credited with starting Interland with just five employees, a company which soon grew to over 600 employees. During his tenure as the Chief Executive Officer of Interland, Interland and/or its management received a number of awards, including, among others, Chief Information Officer-of-the-year, the Pacemaker's Award for being the second fastest growing privately held company in 2000, PC Magazine Editor’s Choice and Windows Magazine Editor’s Choice. He is well known for his industry insights and is widely quoted in business and trade publications and broadcast media.
